After two decades of strategic leadership of corporate technology teams, Jack Spain founded Spain Technovative Solutions, aka Spain Business Advisors, in early 2005 with the realization that the foundation of his genuine passion for all things business was driven by an underlying entrepreneurial spirit. His passion is ultimately assisting entrepreneurs and business owners to efficiently and successfully scale their business. He is a strategic catalyst for entrepreneurial organizations to stimulate and accelerate process optimization and personal growth for sales, marketing, business development, client success, strategic planning, and operations teams.
Spain is a proven Growth Champion and Change Leader who has inspired entrepreneurs and their companies to scale their business to realize their dreams and aspirations. He has designed, developed, deployed and supported technology solutions that have real, sustainable, measurable impact on the business. Spain’s understanding of both the human side and the operational side of businesses guides him in forging plans and processes that simply work better.
Spain’s career is a blend of launching three start-up services businesses; strategic leadership positions in growth stage businesses; and leading teams in large public companies. His entrepreneurial experience was ignited in the mid-1990s and has fueled a passion and mission to share the leadership, skills, and experiences to efficiently scale start-up, early stage, and growth businesses.
Growth requires investment. Jack’s personal and professional development includes a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics, 6,000+ hours of corporate leadership development programs and industry conferences including graduate studies, the two-year GE Financial Management Program, a two-year statistical analysis program, a two-week intensive Duke University Executive Leadership Program, and completing one year of a Masters in Management program. In early 2025 Spain earned recognition as a “Certified Member of the AI Class” from Section, where he has successfully completed dozens AI-based training courses.
His professional library includes over 600 volumes of leadership, management, entrepreneurial, performance management, and technology books.
